• Orders will not be confirmed or prepared until payment has been received in full.

Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

Due to the custom and perishable nature of baked goods:

• Changes, cancellations, or refunds are not guaranteed and may be refused once preparation has begun.
• If an issue arises with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.

Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup or delivery details will be agreed upon at the time of ordering.
• Customers are responsible for arriving on time for pickup.
• Sweet Creations Bakehouse is not responsible for orders not picked up as scheduled.
